I love the finale of Rodarte, it was really ethereal and haunting. I love the candles and the vibe of the atmosphere, the clothes and music. I wasn’t so sure about the rest of the collection but it grew on me. I missed the live stream because of class but I kept refreshing the thread at The Fashion Spot on my phone. It was totally worth rushing back to my apartment.

I love this ad campaign, basically all Tom Ford’s ad campaigns. I’m pretty sure these photographs are take by Terry Richardson, another love. I like the cat eye glasses but I’m not sure if they work for my face. I tried a pair of MbMJ cat eye sunglasses but it looked really weird on me because of my eyebrows. But I shaped my eyebrows recently so maybe it wouldn’t be so bad. I think I’ll try them on at the store when it’s available. I love the eye makeup on Carolyn Murphy (and the tan lines, haha). It’s nice to see Nicolas Hoult in this campaign, he will forever be Tony Stontem from Skins.

I finished my midterms yesterday and now I’m tackling my research paper. I feel swamped but my favorite television shows are making up for it.

This is what I looked like when I came home. My curls are pretty dead and my eyeliner transferred to the bottom of my eyes. But whatever, it was dark at the bar anyway. I don’t have a full outfit post because I didn’t have time. I didn’t bring my camera because it’s huge and I figure someone else will bring their small digital camera but they didn’t. So now I wished I had brought my camera. :/

Anyway, I hoped everyone had a good time on New Year’s Eve. I haven’t thought of any resolutions but they’re somewhat the same as last year. Which sadly means I won’t keep them but I’m going to try harder this year.

YSL Arty Oval Ring $195

If you were having a difficult time finding this ring you can down pre-order it on Saks. They have it in turquoise and in coral. I love both colors but I’m leaning towards the turquoise. I really like the contrast between the blue and gold, it’s more noticeable and a lot more prettier. I really want this ring but I would have to wait after Christmas to see if I have enough money to splurge. This ring is to die for and I can already picture how amazing it will be to wear it.

Today is the last day of National Blog Posting Month and I had majorly failed at blogging. I’m not really good at writing and I feel that whatever I have to say (which is not much) isn’t really worth writing about. I’m a pretty boring person and lazy as well.

I wore this for Thanksgiving and the next day except as well except I paired it with a black skirt and a different belt. I also wore necklaces to hide my very white chest, haha. I love the tank top I got at Forever 21, pretty happy that I made a good purchase. I didn’t really do Black Friday shopping, well I went after 10am, where most of the sale ended. I really wanted to go to H&M but I was with a friend that prefers Forever 21. But I did step into H&M, I was unable to shop because they had the a/c on full blast. Too cold to shop!

My birthday is this Friday, twenty-one! I really wanted to buy a new dress but I don’t think that’s happening. I’m thinking about wearing sequined shorts and tights but I might end up freezing to death. Will it be worth it?
